Accept crypto donations without a static wallet on the landing page
Public fundraising pages, private collection links, USDT on the balance. How CryBit collections differ from a QR in the bio.
A donation is still a payment. If you only publish one address, you cannot tell two supporters apart, you cannot set a goal, and you cannot close the collection. CryBit collections are invoices with a public face.
Public story, private checkout
The fundraising landing on crybit.net explains the product. Each live collection has its own page under /c/… — that URL is for the people you send it to. It is not a directory for search engines. Supporters pay in crypto; you receive USDT on the same merchant ledger as shop invoices.
- Title, story, optional goal in USDT.
- Supporters pick a coin at checkout, same as a shop.
- You can close the collection when the goal is met or the campaign ends.
Why not a bio QR
A bio QR is easy to copy, easy to typo, and impossible to expire. If the campaign ends, the address still works. If someone donates twice, you guess. A collection page is a living object: open or closed, with a thanks note and a running total.
Same cabinet, same payout
You do not run a second stack for donations. Create a collection next to your shop, share the link, watch USDT land. Fees follow the same live table as invoices. If you need a page that ranks, use /fundraising. If you need people to pay, send them /c/…
A collection is a campaign. An address in the bio is leftover infrastructure.
